Week #2 - Lídia


This past week we focused on discussing specific features of the gameplay we wanted to keep as well as features that didn't make sense to include anymore. In the end, we defined a more cohesive structure for the story and how the progression of the game would fit said story.

We started writing the Design Document: 

  • We researched similar games to Noah's Nightmare and what are their strengths and faults.
  • We wrote a couple variations for the "first tweet" so we could decide on the better one.
  • We have the core main loop defined. This was a direct result of our discussion regarding the game progression.
  • We are on the way to define our main audience and personas.

We still have a couple of things to discuss and add to our Design Document, but overall this was a productive week where we got to decide on a great deal of important things for the game.
