Week #10 - Lídia


This past week I worked on a new mechanic that was assigned to me which is portals. It was one of the ideas from the workshop that we really liked and were eager to implement.

These portals are part of the environment and they allow the player to travel from one to the other. Each portal has its own gravity, so they can be placed on walls or ceiling and force Noah to change his gravity.  Here is a video that showcases the portals working. We still want to change the look of them, here is just a prototype.

Now we start a new sprint, and I'm going to implement another new mechanic which is slippery grounds. Tomorrow we will meet with the artist and writers to check the progress of their work.
